Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely fantastic service from Burgess on two occasions.
He goes out of his way to help the customer. Also great that he keeps in contact before his appointment so you can be sure he will arrive on the day booked.
Would highly recommend his company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have a holiday let and Burgess has always been quick to respond to an urgent situation and we recently had a water leak whilst guests were staying so it was a huge relief when Burgess got there and located the leak quickly. Whenever we've had an issue with the plumbing or heating system, no matter how challenging, Burgess is always determined to remedy the issue. He's honest, reasonable and great to work with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really impressed with the quality of the work on the replacement of my old boiler and pipework. The plumbing was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. The copper pipework is particularly impressive everything is precise, neatly installed, well aligned and looks extremely professional. It’s clear that a lot of pride and care has gone into the workmanship.

The job was completed cleanly and efficiently, with everything left tidy afterwards. Excellent workmanship from start to finish and a real eye for detail. I’d have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable plumber who takes pride in doing things properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The job was to repair a hidden leak in our central heating system. It took a little time as Burgess was very busy; but finding the leak, repairing it and recommissioning the system was very efficient. I would certainly recommend Thurgood heating.
